Our Whole Naked Oat Flour is made from Lancashire-grown naked oats - a variety that naturally sheds its hull, so there's no extra processing needed. Just the full bran, germ, and endosperm, ground the old-fashioned way between stones.
This fine, creamy flour is high in fibre and rich in natural nutrients. It adds moisture and a gentle sweetness to cakes, cookies and pancakes, and pairs beautifully with other flours for soft, tender loaves.
Also a great thickener for soups, sauces and stews—it’s a versatile one to keep in your store cupboard.
Choose from a range of sizes, with 5kg and 10kg options available in either paper sacks or reusable food-safe buckets.
