This is whole grain bread wheat flour as it should be - 100% of the grain, stone ground to retain all the flavour, fibre, and natural oils stored in the bran and germ. None of the goodness is sifted out, so you get a flour with real depth and nutritional punch.
We grow the wheat here on Brow Farm, then harvest, clean, dry, and mill it ourselves using our own traditional stone mill - bringing back Lancashire’s first whole grain flour to market in over 20 years.
It’s milled fresh, so it reaches you at its best. We recommend buying what you’ll use soon, or freezing extra to maintain freshness.
Ideal for wholemeal loaves, rustic bakes, or blending with white flour for a lighter crumb.
