Our whole grain barley flour is freshly stone-ground on the farm from barley we grow, clean, and store ourselves. This is the first Lancashire-grown flour of its kind in over 20 years - a nutritious, characterful alternative to wheat flour.

With a mild, nutty flavour, barley flour blends well with both white and wholemeal flours, adding depth to your bakes. It's naturally lower in calories and contains over four times the fibre of all-purpose flour.

Use to replace up to 50% of standard flour in recipes, without compromising texture - perfect for breads, muffins, pancakes, and more.

Available in a range of sizes; 5kg and 10kg options can be delivered in paper sacks or food-safe buckets.
