Our whole grain wheat flour is stone-ground from 100% of the grain, preserving the bran, germ and oils for full flavour and natural nutrition. Unlike refined flours, nothing is sifted out - so you get the real character of the grain.
At Brow Farm, we grow, harvest, clean, and store our wheat before milling it fresh to order using our traditional stone mill - reintroducing Lancashire’s first whole grain flour in over 20 years.
Ideal for breads, pancakes, pastry, and general baking, it offers a rustic texture and hearty finish.
We recommend using fresh or freezing to preserve quality if buying in bulk.
