Natural, breathable filling for cushions, pillows, and more

Our sustainable buckwheat hulls are grown without pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, and are not roasted. They’re separated from the groat using a roller press, then triple-screened and air-cleaned for use in a wide range of soft furnishings.

Used in meditation cushions, pillows, bean bags, draft excluders, and more, buckwheat hulls are a durable, eco-friendly alternative to synthetic or cotton-based fillings. They do not insulate or reflect heat like many man-made options.

Tested to meet British Standard 5852: Part 2:1982-3, they are suitable for use in upholstery.
Do not heat in the microwave.
