Oat Groats for Cooking & Milling

These stabilised oat groats are hulled whole oats that have been lightly steamed to extend shelf life while retaining maximum nutrition. They're rich in both soluble and insoluble fibre, and a great source of phytochemicals, vitamin E, B-vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

They also contain important trace minerals, including selenium, copper, zinc, iron, and manganese, making them a nutritious choice for wholefood cooking or home milling.

Oat groats can be milled into oat flour, or cracked to reduce cooking time. Left whole, they take longer to prepare but make a fantastic base for porridges, bakes, or savoury dishes.
