Our embroidered buckwheat yoga bolster combines natural support with elegant design. A detailed embroidery on one end adds a personal touch to your yoga or meditation space.

Filled with eco-friendly buckwheat hulls, the bolster offers firm, adaptable support - ideal for preventing strain during stretching, restorative poses or seated practice. The zipped inner allows you to adjust firmness by removing or adding hulls.

Both the inner and outer covers are 100% cotton, with a vegetable-based flame retardant on the inner only. The hulls are naturally fire-resistant, and the removable outer cover is machine washable at 40°C.

A carry handle makes it easy to transport to class or around the house.
