This buckwheat hull-filled bolster is designed to support the body during yoga, helping to reduce strain and improve alignment in restorative, stretching or seated poses.

Filled with eco-friendly buckwheat hulls, it features a zipped cotton inner for adjustable firmness. The removable outer cover, in our pretty Grey Floral cotton, is made from 100% cotton and machine washable at 40°C. A carry handle makes it easy to move and store.
